Carbonara & Prosciutto Sauce

2 cloves garlic
1/2 lb. butter
fresh parsley (finely chopped)
¼ lb. Prociutto (chopped)
1 lb. linguine
½ cup Romano grated cheese
pepper to taste
1 pint heavy cream
3 tbsp. olive oil

  1. Sauté garlic in oil. Melt butter in same pan. Add chopped parsley, prosciutto, and pepper.
  2. Stir in heavy cream and grated cheese until well blended.
  3. In large pot, cooked pasta in boiling water al dente. Drain & set aside.
  4. Pour cream mixture over linguine and serve with grated cheese.

(If pasta needs more sauce, heat additional cream, butter, grated cheese and add to pasta)
